I Have What Feels Like Muscle Pain It Runs From

I have what feels like muscle pain it runs from the back of my knee to my ankles. It feels like a muscle pain similar to Charlie horse. Only relief I get is to lay down I am still in a lot of pain. About a month ago I had two different Sciatica injections. This pain is new it hurts to sit, stand, walk even laying down is painful my only temporary relief is sleep.
