I Have What Feels To Be Skin Tags Inside The

I have what feels to be skin tags inside the vaginal opening. I use vaginal estrogen tablets (10 mcg) twice weekly for atrophy and history of frequent UTIs. Could the use of this estrogen have anything to do with these skin tags and is it contraindicated for use with them? I have read that vaginal estrogen can increase the chance of uterine or breast cancer. Can it also increase the chance for vaginal cancer?
