I Have What Is Called "drop Foot".For 4 Years, I

I have what is called "drop foot".For 4 years, I cannot move it at all, though it does have feeling in it and it sometimes spasms, very painfully. It's put me in a wheelchair, as I show all symptoms or MS, yet MRI says no. I want to know if my foot can be fixed and how to convince my dr's I KNOW I have MS and none of their other little BS ideas and I'm soooo poor I have nothing to pay you with!
