I Have What Looks Like A Blister Form On A

I have what looks like a blister form on a mole I've had since I can remember. The blister showed up last night, and is painful, and extended off where the mole was. It has completely changed color. I do not have insurance. And am afraid that it might be cancerous but don't want to run to the doctor if it's a common thing that happens.
