I Have What Looks Like A Cyst Inside My Lower

I have what looks like a cyst inside my lower eyelid it has been there now for almost three weeks. My G>P has told me it is a stye and advised warm compresses which I have applied up to three times daily there is no improvement and seems to be spreading along inner eyelid. I am due to see my G.P. hopefully this week but am becoming anxious.
