I Have What Looks Like A Cyst Under My Breast

I have what looks like a cyst under my breast between the areola and bra line its not like a lump but its a little painful but only when touched its not red and no swelling in my breast I am pregnant have not had one there before but have had one on my inner thigh before and it feels like that should I call my ob or get it checked at the ER?
