I Have What Looks Like A Hemorrhoid On My Inner

I have what looks like a hemorrhoid on my inner thigh next to the scrotum that is extremely painful and i'm afraid it's ready to bust. My band had a gig this past weekend and with setting up equipment as well as loading and unloading I was sweating heavily. Wearing leather pants and the hot stage lights brought more sweat. I'm thinking that's the cause. Suggestions?
