I Have What Looks Like A Slice In The Soft

I have what looks like a slice in the soft palate area of my throat and it's bruised looking and swollen and it's very sore, hurts and is hard to swallow, I've been to two doctors and have received an injection and antibiotics, I have taken the antibiotics for four days now with no improvement, I haven't eaten anything that would've scratched me. any suggestions... please
