I Have What Looks Like A Small Tear On The

I have what looks like a small tear on the tip of my clitoris, right under the hood. It doesn't hurt or itch. But there does seems to be a little bit of white goop that will come from it through out the day. I've had bv in the past. And have only had one sexual partner in the last 4 years. When should I start to really worry?
