I Have What Looks Like Dry Round Irritations All Over.

I have what looks like dry round irritations all over. It mostly on parts of my body that are covered up by clothing. I wear loose clothing. But I can't seem to get cool. I don't go in the sun. I'm not sure if it is a heat rash. I does not look like the rashes in the pictures I saw. I do get migraines in the heat and try to stay hydrated. Should I go to my dermatologist?
