I Have What Looks Like 'strawberry Tongue' I'm Not Sure

I have what looks like 'strawberry tongue' I'm not sure what that really is....but that's what my tongue looks like. It doesn't look normal at all and I have several sores here and there too, even 2 on the underside. I also have a nasty case of laryngitis. Over the last 13 days it has come to this. I had a Dr. prescribe Azithramicin, a course of prednisone and a breathing treatment of albuterol 13 days ago and finished it all about 5-6days ago. I have never had my tongue look like this, its kinda scary.
