I Have What Looks To Be A Sty In The

I have what looks to be a sty in the right corner of my right eye. A pharmacist said to just keep a hot wash cloth on it (didn't say for how long). That was yesterday, now it appears to have a white head on it, small. I have some Ciprofloxacin solution and a single dose Retaine MGD from a previous eye scratch. I also have simple eye drops, Are any of these something I can put in my eye to relieve the tenderness and swollenness?
