I Have What Seems To Be An Enlarged Or Swollen

I have what seems to be an enlarged or swollen blood vessel on the top of my foot. It does not hurt all the time but sometimes is pretty bothersome. I am a 65 year old female in good health. I weigh about 112. My left foot sometimes is painful in the same area but I don't think there is an enlarged vessel on the left one.
