I Have What The Doctors Call An Unfortunate Circumstance That

I have what the doctors call an unfortunate circumstance that I am not willing to accept yet. on jan. 7th I had a ultrasound that embryo measured at 5 weeks and 5 days. with a heartbeat. no yolk sac. 2 weeks later they claimed my pregnancy had stopped progressing but the yolk sac was present. today I went to the dr today they told me that they couldn't find a embryo that it had disenergrated I don't believe that. my levels are still rising I don't feel as if anything is awry I still feel pregnant.
