I Have What Was Thought To Be A Yeast Infection

I have what was thought to be a yeast infection in my mouth, I took nystatin for 10 days, it's still there, I also took fluconazole for 3 days. No results. It looks like a yellowish pussy substance on the roof of my mouth, going down my throat, and now it's coming forward getting on my gums. My uvula has white bumps on it and is also covered by the infection. Can you help me please? My doctor is on vacation until Monday. What is this? And should I be worried?
