I Have White Discharge Coming From My Nipples The First

I have white discharge coming from my nipples the first day of my last period was Jan 7 and the last day was the 10th which is normal for me. Everything came on on time I had my period on exactly 28 days. I am not in any pain I did have unprotected sex on Dec 23 while ovulating. A week after my period came on I took a pregnancy test that came back negative
