I Have White, Gritty, Vaginal Discharge. I Had Sex For

I have white, gritty, vaginal discharge. I had sex for the first time (unprotected), with my boyfriend in December and we've had sex three other times since then which were all unprotected. My periods are somewhat abnormal but are within the same week or so. I also quickly get an odor after a few hours after showering. Is this linked to the sex or is it normal?
