I Have White Spots Around The Rim Of My Epiglottis

I have white spots around the rim of my epiglottis and am having discomfort swallowing foods/liquids i also noticed a few areas on the back of my throat that appear to be different than the smooth muscle that is normal they are not white but pink and yellow colored, any idea waht that is and what i should do about it. shoould i be worried its cancer? I am baleemic and throw up a lot to keep my weight down for my job (jockey)
