I Have White Stringy Stuff In My Urine. Just Been

I have white stringy stuff in my urine. Just been sent home from school and I have a doctors appointment in half an hour. But they gave me a cup to take home and pee in. I did it and there's white stringy pieces in it. What could that mean? Also, burning sensation. Heavy tension headache and pain in my stomach
