I Have Within The Last Two Months Have Been Getting

I have within the last two months have been getting very sore and tender bumps on my buttocks above my anus. they stay for 3-5 days always in same spot. they fade away to nothing for about the same time. then it comes back
I can not see . and the sore doesn't seem to leak
