I Have Woke Of Shaking Like I Am Freezing And

I have woke of shaking like I am freezing and having to pee really bad.
When I get up I am shaking uncontrollable. I go back to bed and cover up and then start sweating. This has happened twice in the last 2 weeks. Could this be a side effect of medicine?
