I Have Woken Up To Swelling On The Right Side

I have woken up to swelling on the right side of my face. It is quite severe and affects my cheek and lower lip. I had a similar problem 6days ago but it was far less pronounced and the swelling went within hours.

I have had a very bad cold and are taking medication for sinisitus.
