I Have Yellow Like Sores On My Labia And Scab

I have yellow like sores on my labia and scab like thing on my thigh, very irritated , peeing burns once touches Labuan minora , if I touch the sores they start bleed . I went to the hospital they couldn't test me for anything , they said I have a urine infection and prescribed cipro . Which isn't helping me .i have pain all the way down to my anal which is also irritated . All of this occurred after having sex in a public pool .
