I Have Yellow On The Toilet Paper After A Vowel

I have yellow on the toilet paper after a vowel movement and my anus is sore from have so many loose bowel movements. Been in antibiotics for 10 days now and I have a few more days left. They changed my antibiotic mind steam and started a new one. Been suffering from kidney stones for s couple weeks.
