I Have Yellow Saliva. There Is Not Odor And I

I have yellow saliva. There is not odor and I do not have bad breath. I have been treated with amoxicillin and also Flagyl. ( tooth implants tightened prior to antibiotics) There is no change in my saliva. It is much darker in the am when I awaken and lighter during the day. Should I be worried??
