I Have Yellow Spots At The Back Of My Throat

I have yellow spots at the back of my throat and I always feel the need to clear my throat. My mouth is quite red near the back and I have sort of spots in my mouth. Is it strep throat??? Also I have a sort of scalloped like lumpy ish tongue but I think that's from when I burnt or bit it? I'm 15
