I Haven't Been Able To Digest Anything Since Monday. Anything

I haven't been able to digest anything since Monday. Anything I eat or drink goes right through me and out the colon. It's basically fluid coming out either orange (been drinking a Gatorade) or yellow. I feel very full and bloated with upper abdomen distension.
