I Haven't Been Feeling Great For The Past Week My

I haven't been feeling great for the past week my stomach has been hurting. It feels like someone is stabbing me but it's moving around it's not in one spot in my stomach I can't really feel it when I stand up but when I'm laying down I can feel the pain. I also have pain in my back around the middle area. I have been nauseated and I have vomited a couple times. And now the pain is going everywhere in my body. And now that I just poop it smells like a skunk. Should I seek medical attention.
