I Havent Felt Happy For A Long Time, Ive Tried

I havent felt happy for a long time, ive tried talking to family and friends but it only helps me temporarily. Ive done some research and i have all the symptoms for mild depression. Im sick of being constantly upset and not motivated. I just dont know how to bring this to a doctor, i feel like they should know i have depression before me and that im just sobbing to them
