I Haven't Had A Period For Almost 3 Years Now

I haven't had a period for almost 3 years now and I really want to have a baby what can I do to get my cycle back on and be ablento have a baby I've been trying to talk to my doctors although every doctor gives me the run around and I'm ready to just give up
