I Haven't Had A Period In 4+yrs And Today I

I haven't had a period in 4+yrs and today I am seeing some bloody discharge.
A few weeks ago I was at my drs office for my physical and when he pushed, or
applied some pressure on the right side there was a bit of discomfort. Do you
think these might be related? Should I be concerned?
