I Havent Had A Period In Three Months! A Week

I havent had a period in three months! A week after my first missed period I had some light spotting and some brownish dishcharge. I really haven't been worried about it until my partner brought it up to me the other day. I have an appointment next week. I just hate not knowing. I have taken several home tests, all negative. I have been experiencing a little nausea, extreme fatigue, mood swings, lower back pain, some very light cramping. Am I pregnant?
