I Haven't Had A Period Since January, I Am 42,

I haven't had a period since January, I am 42, I am moody, bloated, aching breast, fatigue, I have experienced nausea and back discomfort. Am I going through peri-menopause? I had a blood test done for pregnancy but I got no call so I figure it was negative, which is what I told them anyway thinking its peri-menopause.
