I Haven't Had A Period Since January.. I Have Unprotected

I haven't had a period since January.. I have unprotected sex with my spouse on a regular basis..no birth control.. Now when i wipe i have little blood in the paper with clear some times cloudy..only in morning and some time afternoon.. Could i be pregnant?? Help please.. Thank you
