I Haven't Had My Period In 3 Years. I Was

I haven't had my period in 3 years. I was diagnosed with pcos and thyroid. But for the past 3 days I have been spotting very light more like a pink color especially when I wipe and I have a very bad odor since I started spotting. Can I possibly be pregnant or is it my period?
