I Haven't Had Sex In A While But I Do

I haven't had sex in a while but I do notice little skin toned bumps on my shaft, they don't hurt and they don't really itch. Could this be caused by a dirty razor maybe? It's on both sides of my shaft and bottom but nothing on the top. It's typically in the areas I shave.
