I Haven't Had Sex In The Past 3 Weeks, All

I haven't had sex in the past 3 weeks, all of a sudden earlier today I get this sudden itcj. I took a bath and it eased down now the skin/flesh between my lip and clit is really red, it itches, kinda burn and very red some swelling and I pulled back the skin on my clit and notice so whiteish yellowish tissue like stuff that's hard to peel. What's going on?
