I Haven't Had Sexual Intercourse For Over A Year...I Was

I haven't had sexual intercourse for over a year...I was saving it for a special someone who lives far away....the first time we had sex it was for 3 hours and I suffered a vaginal tare...very painful. ...I tried to have sex a few times but it was painful....after a week we had sex and I was dry...scared to I might add...so we used olive oil...but I noticed a brown waxy substance coming from my vagina....I wake up in the morning to find many of these brown waxy pieces in the bed and noticed it a bit when I wiped my vaginal area...I don't have an odor. ..and me and my fiance have just been recently trying to conceive. ..only about 2 weeks now....do you have any ideas as to what this could be? I was tested for everything and all negative.
