I Haven't Pooed In A Week I Took Constipation Relief

I haven't pooed in a week I took constipation relief tablets and they worked once where I let out a load of dioriea and then I can't poo again I have stomach cramps with this and pain during sex, also I'm a day late for my period but I have irregular period anyway what could it be ?
