I Haven't Seen A Doctor In Several Years But I'm

I haven't seen a doctor in several years but I'm pretty sure I have cervical spinal stenosis. I had some MRIs done several years ago that confirmed a pinched nerve at C5/C6 & C6/C7. I was born with "wry neck" and an auto accident 20 years ago aggravated it. Now I'm having a flare-up with burning and tingling in the shoulder and arm. I'm on an out-of-town assignment for 6 months. Should I try to get a doctor in my temporary location or just tough it out?
