I Haven't Seen A Doctor To Confirm But I Have

I haven't seen a doctor to confirm but I have tried 8 pregnancy tests all positive. For quite a little while I haven't had a discharge now and it hurts when I pee and it seems as though my pelvic muscles are no more. Recently most of my pregnancy symptoms have gone down except for two and I have been having some crazy harsh cramps or my lower abdomen would be slightly twitching as if I have been working out hard and am slightly straining it. What could this be? Should I be worried or is it nothing? I have been losing weight on top of everything
