I Haven't Sleep Properly For Many Months Now. I Am

I haven't sleep properly for many months now. I am experiencing sleep paralysis with a pumped up pressure -- feeling like veins/arteries or blood vessels, inside my head will burst if the sleep paralysis continue/prolong a few moment longer. I have googled and found Exploding Head Syndrome discussions exactly similar to my case.

Please... I desperately needed help.
