I Haven't Snorted Crystal Meth In Nearly 8 Months, Entirely

I haven't snorted crystal meth in nearly 8 months, entirely clean. Today I've been picking small particles that keep coming out of my pores, my hands and feet are cold and I just can't seem to relax. I have been clean for that long and this random occurance os frankly freaking me out. Last day I did meth, I was hospitalized after my head, arms and other part of my body started going numb and I couldn't breathe amd refrain from panicking. Any advice?? Thank you.
