I havve had insomnia for seven years now, sinvce the death of my husband. I currently take 1 mg of Xanax for anxiety and try not to take it too often. Ambian makes me sleepwalk and things like benydryl give me awful ttrestless leg. This is night three of unabe to sleep even with the xanex I too earlier. I hae tried meditating, yoga, a dark room, sound machines. You name it. Please, anyh suggestions as doctors I ee do not seem to care and I am grumpy all the time. I am 35
