I Hear My Heart Pounding Very Loudly In My Right

I hear my heart pounding very loudly in my right ear part of the time. It is many times associated with a headache.I did have my neck fused from c4 to t1 this past year after an accident dislocated my neck. I was functionally quadriplegic for six months after the accident. I am now doing much better. I just did not know if that could have anything to do with it.
