I Helped A Fellow Coworker Push On A Heavy Pallet

I helped a fellow coworker push on a heavy pallet to keep from tipping and the afterward felt pain in my lower back and it's shooting pain around to my lower left testical. However when I stretch it seems to help with the pain not settin in so bad. What could this be?
