I High Risk, I 34 Years Old & 23 Weeks

I high risk, I 34 years old & 23 weeks pregnant. My blood pressure was 147 over 83 pulse 97. I been having a pelvic pressure. Bad. My lower right side stopped me from walking about 4 times in last 24 hours. I had prior eclampsia. Not pre.it turned. I recently moved they not got my history of pregnantcies, I trying again to get files. Baby not as active today. Please respond. 605 0000
