I Hit A Bared Steam Line During My Plant Visit

I hit a bared steam line during my plant visit and got burnt injury on my right cheek starting from the cheek bone and up to the ear. Instantly the skin got pilled off. I took TT injection and using silverex oinment. I am worry whether will any scar be left on face. Please suggest.
