I Hit A Car Whilst Riding My Bike. A Lump


I hit a car whilst riding my bike. A lump has developed on my inner thigh right above the knee. I googled the name of muscle "VMO muscle" . its been about 3 hrs since impact and its the size of one's palm. Skin colored. Slightly black. Been applying ice pack for a while. Anything else i can do for it?
