I Hit My Ankle On My Walker. For A Week

I hit my ankle on my walker. For a week it was really sore. I had to go to hospital for something else and I showed them the hoe. The dr put me on antibiotics. About 3 days later a clear white liquid started dripping out of the hoe,about a drap every 10 seconds. A second dr came to my retirement home and he didn't know what it was but he told me to keep my feet up until it stopped. That was over 8 days ago and I still have to change the pad every hour. It is soaked. It doeS not hurt. What should I do? Do you know what is happening. I am 86.
